Based on admin article there are so many accolades won by Uniten.

even though not all the accolades are stated but the recent accolades are stated. besides that accolades i here wish to say about the accolades won by the department of graphics and multimedia, this department is part of the Collage of Information Technology.

So far around 20 something accolades won by this department, from that accolades

ICTreC10-UNITEN ICT Research Competition-Gold Medal is about comperative study of GUI and TUI for computer aided learning courseware and the ITEX 2012-Silver Medal is about Interactive Multimedia Trouble Shooting. I'm also in Graphics and Multimedia field now so this accolades are more meaningful to us. this accolades inspire us to do something like that and more than that to achieve more.

Besides that this kind of awards give confident to students about Uniten and the lecturers.

Students will believe that the studies are quality based and they will think this University has capability to make the graduates more professional among other University students. i storngly believe that Uniten is the best place to expose our talent and interest,our goal and dream will cum true.

This show that the courses in UNITEN is well recognized by the industries out there. This makes me proud to be a student of UNITEN and I'm sure when I graduate, my degree would be recognized and would be employed by the leading industries out there.

Why is meaningful to me??

It is because this accolades is about using GENETIC ALGORITHM for traffic light control system with a Pedestrian Crossing....

Using Genetic Algorithm is a search heuristic that minics the process of natural evolution. It mean that can used to generate useful solutions to optimization and search problems....

As an Information System student, I am very interested in algorithm and also curios of the problem solving.....

That why I always wan to come out a system that is created by my ownself....

A system that are useful and meaningful too...

Due to UNITEN got the experiences that can generate student that intellegent and won the award before...

I am very confident to myself that the next winner is belongs to me and is not longer!!!

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons)

University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN)  provides many engineering programes, one of engineering program beside Civil Engineering is Mechanical Engineering (Hons).

Lets look about Mechanical Engineering studies, Mechanical Engineering applies the principles of physics and materials science for analysis, design manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical systems.
This engineering field require an understanding of core concepts such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics and more.

Bellow is the building that produced many professional engineers that are still managing to keep up with the demand pace of this scientific and technological world.

This unique design of building is situated in Universitit Tenaga Nasional(UNITEN) in putrajaja, and is where the Department of Engineering(COE) produces its professionals. The are many engineering programs offer in COE and one of the is CIVIL ENGINEERING.


WELL!!there are foundation and undergraduate programs offer and their duration are as follows:-
Foundation :-1 year
Undergraduate :- 4 years

Duration for foundation: 1 year
Duration for diploma: 2 years
Duration for undergraduates: 3 1/2 years

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Foundation: Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination with credits in Bahasa
Malaysia, English Language and good credits in four (4) relevant subjects which must include Mathematics, Additional Mathematics and Physics.

Undergraduates: Passed Foundation Programme/STPM/ A-Level/Matriculation/Diploma or equivalent qualification and have taken the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).

 In Foundation Program, student need to complete total of 50 credit hours to continue to undergraduates. Meanwhile, In Undergraduates Program, students need to complete just total of 120 credits hours. It just an easy stuff!!Dont waste your opportunity!!COME JOIN US!!

The Department of Systems and Networking of COIT offers a high profile Computer Science undergraduate programme which leads to the award of Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons)(Systems and Networking). This programme is designed to prepare students for professional careers by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills in the area of communications and networking, operating systems, mobile and embedded technologies, computer security, artificial intelligence and other related areas. The programme is value-added in order to cater with the latest industry requirements where by selective syllabus of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) are embedded within several of its courses. In addition to this, the Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons)(Systems and Networking) programme is also designed to enable students to pursue higher qualifications in system and networking such as to obtain a higher level specialized networking certification as well as Master of IT or Master of Computer Science degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree from reputable institutions of higher learning.
