In UNITEN, Putrajaya Campus, College of Information Technology (COIT) was established on 1st September 2003 as an independent college of education. Before becoming an independent college, Department of Computer Science and Information Technology was under the College of Engineering which evolved since the inception of UNITEN in 1997. COIT became operational on 15th September 2004.

All the courses offered are accredited by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) which means your certificate is recognized and you are able to apply for financial assistance and scholarship from various private or government organisation.
